We hope you never have to return any of your amazing clothes, but we always want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases!


We must receive your return within 15 days of the delivery date to be eligible for a refund.
  • Items must be scent free, unworn, unwashed, no marks or make up with all original hang tags attached. We kindly ask you to package the item(s) with care in the original form it was sent. Please include your package slip (invoice) with the return.
  • Once your items are inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we've received your return. We will also notify you of approval or rejection of your refund. If you're approved, your refund will then be processed and applied to the original form of payment.
  • SALE items are FINAL and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Shipping charges are not refundable.
  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item(s).

We recommend mailing your return using a carrier that offers tracking services so you know when the return has been delivered.

If you wish to exchange your item for a NEW item, you must return your unwanted item back to us first. After we receive, inspect and approve your item, we will issue a store credit via E-Gift card.
